About the Session

WHO CAN ATTEND: Ideal for High School and College students but all are welcome to attend. 

Have you ever felt “I could have done better”, “I have problems that others cannot understand” or “I can never get out of this situation”. If you’ve had these thoughts or relate to them, then you’re in the right place. This peer discussion will be aimed at how to thrive during difficult times in our life. Sometimes all we need is a little support and a feeling of belongingness to help us move forward.

Swasth Mind through this topic would like to equip students with tapping into the ability of “thriving”. Be it relationships, academics, social media or any other probable aspects of life, a discussion, a tip, a great idea can help you get more resilient and keep stress at bay!

One mind - several thoughts versus many minds - one great thought, can change your approach to life. The group promises a safe space to share, interact and gain expert guidance on how to thrive and emerge out of stressful situations.


  1. Introductions: The therapist will typically start the session with introductions,  giving everyone a chance to briefly share their name and why they are attending the group.
  2. Group discussion: The majority of the session will likely be dedicated to group discussion.
  3. Support and feedback: Throughout the session, the therapist will encourage members to offer support and feedback to one another. This may involve active listening, offering suggestions or insights, or simply offering encouragement and empathy.
