Who can avail Group Sessions?

We are thrilled to introduce our specially tailored programs designed to support the mental well-being of high school students, young adults (college-going students), teachers, and parents. At Swasth Mind, we understand that different age groups and roles face unique challenges, which is why we have created sessions to address their specific needs.

We address issues such as academic stress, time management, peer relationships, and career concerns.

We address the challenges faced in the education system, classroom management, and teacher-student dynamics. We encourage effective communication and stress reduction techniques.

We address issues related to parenting styles, communication with children, and handling the emotional needs of their growing adolescents and young adults.

Group Sessions

Group Sessions held at Swasth Mind invite small batches of people to interact with each other regulated by a trained therapist to work through personal and interpersonal issues. In a group session, participants can share their experiences, feelings, and challenges faced in a safe and supportive environment. The group setting can provide a sense of community and connection, as participants get the opportunity to learn from each other’s experiences and offer each other support and feedback.

Our group sessions can be particularly helpful for individuals struggling with interpersonal difficulties, social anxiety, depression, addiction, and many other mental health concerns. Through these sessions, participants can develop healthy ways to cope, build social skills, gain insight into their own behaviors and emotions, and work towards personal growth and healing.
